“La Miseria No Está en la Pobreza” – “Misery is Not in Poverty”

The photo was taken outside what was El Banco Mercantil in Jaurez, Mexico.  It was then published in multiple newspapers in Mexico and America and Jorge was eventually recognized and awarded for his photograph.
